Creating foundations for a more independent future

Nest View Housing is a non-profit organisation providing safe, welcoming accommodation alongside practical support for adults working towards greater stability and independence.

A non-profit organisation

Mission over margin

Nest View Housing is a non-profit organisation. Any surplus we generate is reinvested into our accommodation, resident support and the people we serve — never distributed for private profit.

Being not-for-profit shapes every decision we make. Our accountability is to residents, referring partners and the communities we work in, and our focus stays on outcomes rather than returns.

Who we are

Nest View Housing is a supported-accommodation and care organisation. We provide accommodation together with housing-related support for adults who need a secure base and practical help to move forward.

Our team works alongside residents and the professionals involved in their support, agreeing what matters most and the steps that will make a genuine difference.

Why Nest View Housing exists

Losing stable accommodation affects every part of a person's life, from health and relationships to confidence and opportunity. Finding somewhere safe is often the first step, but keeping that stability usually requires support as well as a roof.

We exist to bring the two together on a not-for-profit basis: well-managed accommodation and support that is shaped around the individual, so progress can be built on solid ground.

Our mission

As a non-profit organisation, our mission is to provide safe, welcoming accommodation and meaningful support that enables people to regain stability, build confidence and work towards greater independence — with any surplus reinvested into resident support.

Our vision

Our vision is for every person to have a secure place to call home, the support to overcome barriers and a genuine opportunity to shape their future.

Our values

What guides our work

Dignity

We recognise each person's value, experiences and right to be heard.

Safety

We work to provide secure, well-managed accommodation and responsible support.

Respect

We listen without judgement and treat residents as individuals.

Empowerment

We help people build confidence, make informed choices and take greater control of their future.

Integrity

We communicate honestly, act responsibly and remain accountable for our work.

Progress

We focus on practical, sustainable steps towards stability and independence.

Our person-centred approach

Support begins with a conversation. We ask about a person's strengths, experiences, priorities and the practical barriers in their way, then agree an individual support plan that is reviewed as circumstances change.

Residents are involved in decisions about their support. Where specialist help is needed, we work with or signpost to services better placed to provide it.

Commitment to dignity, equality and inclusion

We treat everyone we work with fairly and with respect, whatever their background, circumstances or history. We do not define people by their situation, and we work to make our accommodation and support accessible and inclusive.

Partnership working

We work alongside local authorities, housing teams, probation and resettlement services, health and social-care professionals, charities and community organisations. Clear communication and coordinated planning help residents get consistent support.

Safeguarding and responsible service delivery

Safeguarding adults is central to how we operate. Concerns are taken seriously, recorded and escalated to the appropriate local authority or emergency service where needed. We manage our accommodation responsibly and remain accountable for the support we provide.

Being open about what we do

We only describe services we can confirm. Details such as our registrations, accreditations and organisational history will be published here once verified.
