Make a referral

We welcome enquiries from local authorities, probation and resettlement teams, housing services, health and social-care professionals, charities and other recognised organisations.

How referrals work

    Submit a Referral

    Complete our secure referral form or contact our team.

    Initial Review

    We review the individual's circumstances, support needs and accommodation requirements.

  3. 3

    Assessment

    We speak with the individual and relevant professionals to determine whether the placement is suitable.

  4. 4

    Placement and Support

    If accepted and suitable accommodation is available, we agree a planned move-in and begin the support-planning process.

Submission of a referral does not guarantee a placement. Suitability is assessed individually and depends on assessed needs, risk, compatibility and vacancies.
