- Referrals: details about the referring professional and the individual being referred, including support needs, housing history, risks and any documents you choose to upload.
- Repair reports: your name, property and room details, contact details and a description of the repair, with optional photographs.
- Complaints and safeguarding concerns: your contact details and the information you provide about the concern.
Referral and safeguarding information can include sensitive personal data, such as health information or information relating to the criminal justice system. We ask for this only where it is necessary to assess whether we can safely provide suitable accommodation and support.

We do not include personal information in website addresses, and access to submissions is limited to staff who need it.
How long we keep it
