Recognising concerns
Staff are expected to notice and take seriously any sign that an adult may be at risk of abuse, neglect or harm.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. If you are worried about the safety or wellbeing of an adult, please tell us.
Staff are expected to notice and take seriously any sign that an adult may be at risk of abuse, neglect or harm.
Concerns are recorded and acted upon without delay, and we take the steps needed to help keep the person safe.
Where appropriate we share information with the relevant local authority, the police and other professionals involved.
Wherever possible we involve the adult concerned in decisions about them and explain what will happen next.
Speak to a member of our team on 0330 043 4945 or email hello@nestviewhousing.com.
Use the form on this page to give us written details of a non-urgent concern.
Every local authority has an adult safeguarding team. Search for adult safeguarding on the council website for the area where the person lives.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For non-emergency police matters, call 101.
If your concern is about the quality of our service rather than someone's safety, our complaints process is the right route.
Please share only the information needed for us to understand and respond to the concern.
