Supported accommodation
Good accommodation is the foundation. We aim to provide well-kept homes where residents have their own space, know what to expect and can rely on regular support.

Residents have their own private space alongside shared areas kept for everyone's comfort. Support workers keep in regular contact, and residents are encouraged to build routines that suit their day-to-day life.
We manage our properties responsibly and take safeguarding seriously. Residents are given clear information about who to contact, how to report a concern and how to raise a repair.
Occupancy expectations are explained clearly at the start. They cover respect for others, care of the property, visitors, noise and shared responsibilities so everyone can feel settled.
As confidence and skills grow, support turns towards the next step: understanding tenancy responsibilities, budgeting for a home and coordinating the practical arrangements with the professionals involved.
Every resident has an individual support plan agreed with them and reviewed as things change. Support is practical and focused on achievable progress, from managing a household to engaging with health, learning or employment services.
