Complaints

Tell us if something has gone wrong

We take complaints seriously. Raising a concern will not affect the support you receive, and we use what we learn to improve our service.

How to make a complaint

Speak to a member of staff, call us, email us, or use the form on this page. You can ask someone you trust to raise a complaint on your behalf.

What information to provide

Your name and how to contact you, what happened and when, who was involved if you know, and what you would like to see put right.

What happens after submission

We record your complaint, confirm we have received it and identify the right person to look into it. We may contact you for further details.

How you will be updated

We will let you know who is handling your complaint and keep you informed as the review progresses.

How to escalate

If you remain unhappy with our response, you can ask for the complaint to be reviewed again and we will explain the further options available to you.

Response times and escalation

Formal response times and the details of independent escalation bodies will be published here once Nest View Housing has confirmed its approved complaints policy. In the meantime, we will tell you directly how long our review is expected to take.

You can also contact us by telephone on 0330 043 4945 or by email at hello@nestviewhousing.com. If your concern is about the safety or wellbeing of an adult, please use our safeguarding page instead.
